DHHS Program Service Center Task Order Contracts

 

Allegiant C&MS teamed with Aktarius LLC in February 2016 to provide support under the DHHS contract. The Program Service Center Task Order Contracts is a 5-year Base and 5-year Option period contract with the Department of Health and Human Services.  This is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The services contemplated under this contract include policy assessments/analysis, program assessments, evaluation design studies and data collection, performance measurements, technical assistance/expertise, data analysis and auxiliary/support services which may be necessary to complete a particular project. An individual task order may require services in only one of these activities or a combination of the activities.

 

Seaport-E Contract

 

Allegiant C&MS teamed separately with Synchron LLC and Advent Services LLC to provide support to the U.S. Navy. The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract providing Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) an integrated approach to contracting for support services. Seaport-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services for the 7 geographical regions in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. This unified approach allows service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, and approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector.

 

Seaport-NxG

 

Allegiant C&MS teamed separately with Synchron LLC (http://www.synchronfed.com/home), Advent Services LLC (http://adventsvcsllc.com/), and Dawson8a (http://www.dawson8a.com) to provide support to the U.S. Navy.  SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform replacing SeaPort-e for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-NxG ® IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-NxG provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using the SeaPort-NxG ® platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-NxG ® approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
